"Neutral balance" means a state where the body can naturally stand without strain. Scientifically expressed as "neutral position," this state ensures a stable posture and there's no strain on the body. ( Hereinafter, we call it ”Neutral Balance.”) 

However, maintaining Neutral Balance is not easy. 

Balance of the body changes with subtle factors such as wearing diapers that don't fit hip joints and using shoes that are the wrong size in infancy. 

Furthermore, aging, injuries, surgeries, and childbirth can all disrupt the body's balance. 

As a result, many people experience postural imbalances and physical discomfort. To restore and maintain neutral balance, daily support is essential.

The human body has physiological curves as shown in the diagram. These curves have roles as cushions, reducing the load on the body.

As a nurse, I had been suffering from severe neck (shoulder) and back pain, and that made it difficult for me to continue my work.
